During our monthly coalition meetings, LW49 members have highlighted the growing importance of social connection within our organizations and across the community. This emphasis is backed by local and national data showing a concerning rise in disconnection, isolation, and loneliness. As a response, the LW49 Coalition is proactively exploring ways to address this pressing need together.
