The COVID-19 pandemic is creating an unprecedented rise in mental health and substance use issues, leaving many of us asking how we can better support our friends and loved ones. 

Park County Public Health will offer a Mental Health First Aid class to give people the resources they need to answer those questions. Please see the attached information for more details, the course is free through the Park County Public Health Department.  Mental Health First Aid, an international, evidence-based program that teaches people to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of mental health and substance use challenges.
