Park County Community Foundation presents a Special Half-day Training, “Trust and Performance”

Park County Community Foundation presents a Special Half-day Training, “Trust and Performance” Thursday, October 26 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm "Trust and Performance" is the topic of our extended program presented by our special guest, Shelby Rogala, Professional and Organizational Development Director at the Montana Nonprofit Association.

Best practices in management are changing. More employees are asking for collaborative, transparent, and trust-based environments, and more employers are rethinking their management practices to increase impact and retention. Building a culture of psychological safety is more important than ever. What does trust look like in the new normal? What if annual reviews were a source of inspiration rather than a dreaded tradition? Explore these questions and more in this interactive session, part of Montana Nonprofit Association’s Accelerator Curriculum.

The training is from 12:00 noon to 4:00 p.m. and includes a complimentary luncheon provided by Livingston Food Resource Center.

Come for all or part of the training and stay with us afterwards for the Nonprofit Social Hour from 4:30 to 5:30 pm! Register here or click the button below to save your spot for this essential training! We request registration, but it's not required.
