Lauren Adams, Administrative Assistant

Lauren Adams lives in Bozeman, MT. Since 2019, she has been teaching exercise education classes for students at MSU, and, more recently, she began coordinating the Virtual Fitness program for Livingston Healthcare. She cares deeply about relationships between mind and body, and between individuals and their communities. In her work, she strives to help individuals tap into the transformational power these relationships hold. 

Since joining the LiveWell49 Coalition in 2022, Lauren has gotten curious about what it looks like to extend the pursuit of wellness to a community level. She is excited to further explore this question by providing administrative assistance to LiveWell49 until April 2023. Lauren is hopeful, and grateful, to work with and learn from Park County’s “do-ers” until then! 

Lauren is eagerly awaiting decisions from various graduate schools, where she has applied to become a counselor.
