John is proud to serve on the LiveWell49 board both as a representative for Community Health Partners and as a community member who is passionate about exercise and team sports. John works at Community Health Partners as the Director of Learning Partners. John joined the CHP team in early 2017. He has lived in Livingston since 1997. He strives to make a difference in people’s lives every day. John earned his Bachelors of Science and Engineering from Duke University in 1993. John chases every soccer ball he sees; and he loves the “beautiful” game whether he’s playing, coaching, refereeing or spectating. John treasures time with his wife and kids, whether they are inside, outside, on a boat or wearing coats.
Livingston Food Resource Center

The Livingston Food Resource Center is committed to addressing the root causes of poverty and hunger in our community by developing and implementing programs that go beyond just feeding people. Providing healthful food to people in need is and will always be our primary mission. But, in addition to addressing hunger, our programs tackle the issues of, economic development, health care, and education. We must provide additional, targeted support to bring about the greatest long-term, most positive impact possible, so that all people can succeed and thrive in our community.
The Park County Health Department
The Park County Health Department promotes the health of individuals through disease surveillance, program development, and education. Partnering with Livingston School District and Livingston HealthCare to establish a community coalition committed to creating a culture of health in Park County allows the Health Department to build on internal programs and create community-wide momentum toward a heathier community. The Health Departments focus on collaboration, evidenced based community education and programming, and empowering residents and guests to make healthy choices align with the efforts of LiveWell49. At the Park County Health Department we believe that our community is strongest when we are working together toward shared goals. Partnering with LiveWell49 allows us to do just that.
Livingston HealthCare

Livingston HealthCare is the local, full-service medical center in the greater Park County area. We are a top 20 Critical Access Hospital and Level 4 Trauma Center. Our compassionate, respected team of experienced medical professionals offers a variety of services designed for healing and customized to meet patient goals.
The primary mission of Livingston HealthCare is to provide our community with quality, patient-centered health care that accommodates their specific needs.
We keep our community healthy with a broad scope of services, provided by well-trained and highly skilled professionals. Included in those services are a 25-bed critical access hospital, a multi-specialty physician practice, rehabilitation services and home-based services. A not-for-profit organization, Livingston HealthCare is governed by a board of directors made up of community volunteers.

The Educational mission of the Livingston School District, in partnership with the community, is to provide the opportunity for all students to learn, in a safe environment, the knowledge, skills and attitudes needed in order to become life-long learners and contributing citizens in a diverse society. The District recognizes socio-emotional learning as a key component of whole-child development.

We're amazed all the time at how much Park County is growing in how we work together building healthy relationships and working toward a healthier community. We're committed across the board to a healthier staff and healthy community and are thinking and working outside the box to realize just that.
