John is proud to serve on the LiveWell 49 board both as a representative for Community Health Partners and as a community member who is passionate about exercise and team sports. John works at Community Health Partners as the Director of Learning Partners. John joined the CHP team in early 2017. He has lived in Livingston since 1997. He strives to make a difference in people’s lives every day. John earned his Bachelors of Science and Engineering from Duke University in 1993. John chases every soccer ball he sees; and he loves the “beautiful” game whether he’s playing, coaching, refereeing or spectating. John treasures time with his wife and kids, whether they are inside, outside, on a boat or wearing coats.

Jessica is a Registered Dietitian and the Community Health Coordinator at Livingston HealthCare. Jessica has a BS in both Restaurant and Resort Management and in Dietetics from Colorado State University and graduated from Montana State University~ Bozeman with her Master’s in Nutrition in 2006. Jessica started her career at Livingston HealthCare in June of 2007. She serves on the Live Well 49 Coalition, The Livingston Food Resource Center Board and the Farm to School of Park County Board. She is also alumni of the Leadership 49 program.
